I keep meaning to message you! The yoga class on Saturday was AMAZING – I have felt for a while that my back is about to go, and the stretches were of huge benefit to me. THANK YOU. You are a miracle worker. Honestly – what you do has such a hugely beneficial impact. I just wish I could do classes with you more often than fortnightly.

I saw Jenny earlier this week for the first time for aromatherapy. She took the time to find out what I was wanting to get out of it before giving me a massage with a mix of oils. Great mix of pressure and relaxation. Jenny then followed up the treatment up with an email containing lots of useful ideas and suggestions for me at home to help get the results I would like. I’d definitely recommend.

I would really recommend Jenny. Jenny is a amazing yoga instructor. I feel great after our class each week.

At 29 weeks pregnant, my back was starting to feel really stiff. A class with Jenny was exactly what I needed, I felt like a different person leaving!

I have rarely had such a wonderful massage. I also thank you for your valuable tips about health care.
