We are delighted to announce our collaboration with Gravity. Throughout the months to come, Urban Yoga Lab will be offering fitness sessions, but also yoga, mindfulness, and guided meditation sessions combined with workshops and seminars.
On Tuesday 17th, we delivered a HIIT Session to Gravity’s members at Co-Gravity living at Finsbury Part, and this was only the beginning of a fantastic well-being programme. During our HIIT sessions, we practise quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
