In honour of the World Meditation Day, Urban Yoga Lab organized via Teams three virtual wellbeing events in collaboration with Kennedy’s Law.
On the 19th of May, the participants had the chance to join a 30 min morning session on ‘How to Meditate for Beginners’. During lunch, they participated in a ‘Mindfulness Meditation to Clear their Mind’ and in the afternoon in a restorative ‘Body Scan Meditation’.
They also had the opportunity to explore a series of mindfulness tools, tips, and techniques to bring their body and mind in balance!
