Do you experience sore lower back, stiff neck, and tight hips and shoulders from sitting at a desk for 8+ hours? Join Alexandra in a 30-minute Office Yoga class, to practice a sequence designed to build strength in the core muscles. This is a sequence of energising postures that you can practice at your desk to minimize your discomfort throughout the day, making it easier for you to focus on work.

In this session, we will :

  • Learn how to practice yoga to raise body awareness
  • Tone our core and the upper body
  • Practice yoga as a way to feel re-energised

What you Need to Know Before you Join:

  • You are welcome to participate with your cameras on/off
  • You can join with a family member or a friend
