Soups can have great benefits on our overall health, as they are full of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial compounds. Moreover, building our immunity is important before entering in Fall season. During a 60-min workshop, our nutritionist from Urban Yoga Lab will show you how to prepare delicious soups with the whole family.

In this session you will learn:

  • 3 easy soup recipes 
  • The group of vitamins we need to take on a regular basis and which categories of fruits and vegetables it’s good to consume when we want to boost our immunity
  • the perfect mix and match of vegetables to feel energised
