Finding balance in our busy lives is essential to well-being. According to studies, mindfulness can help us relieve stress, reduce social and health anxiety, cope if feeling sad or depressed, and manage unwanted behaviours such as binge eating and emotional eating.In this interactive workshop, we will talk about how we can use mindfulness to develop resilience and achieve our full potential in and out of the office. By learning how to understand and control our mindset, we better identify our everyday mishaps and we then discover our unique tools to work in favour of our well-being.

In this 60-minute workshop, delegates can expect to:

  • Learn how to create a personalized mindfulness action plan to empower themselves
  • Understand and learn how to use a series of breathing techniques to feel less stressed, grounded and re-centered 
  • Understand their mind and practice mindfulness hacks to fuel up their mind to keep it “young and fresh”

What you Need to Know Before you Join:

  • You are welcome to participate with your cameras on/off
  • You can join with a family member or a friend
