This is an energising meditation you can do for just thirty minutes that will fill your body and mind with an even, natural energy. Meditation practices can ease the muscular tension commonly found in chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia which can make it difficult to get to sleep and achieve restful sleep. The main idea is simple: practicing 30 seconds of deep, slow breathing followed by 30 seconds of quickened breaths accompanied by physical movements.

In this session, we will :

  • Practice a combination of breathing techniques for boosting our energy levels
  • Learn tricks to fight fatigue and restlessness
  • Explore ways of increasing the amount of oxygen in our brain and our nervous system
