| FreeBike commuting is the best way to get in two workouts by the time you arrive home from work. It gives you a sense of accomplishment, refreshes you mentally and physically and it helps you to burn a bunch of calories. It can be a money saver too.

- Which commuter bike Is most comfortable for you
- Bike-to-work schemes and benefits
