International Stress Awareness Day on the first Wednesday in November aims to identify and make us better aware of the stress factors in our life.  The general trend across the last year was the overuse of digital devices as we spent more and more time online which led many to experience symptoms of stress, depression or anxiety. During this 60 minutes interactive webinar, you will learn how to set boundaries with technology so that you can improve your productivity and performance, take back control of your time, and connect more meaningfully with others.


In this session, we will:

  • Discuss nomophobia, mindless scrolling, and FOMO (fear of missing out)
  • Discover how you can stay in the driver’s seat of your life by scheduling frequent digital detox breaks throughout the workweek, and how to go offline once every month
  • Learn how to apply certain key principles to unplug from technology in order to improve sleep quality, and supercharge our wellbeing
