Procrastination is a trap that many of us fall into. In fact, according to researcher Piers Steel, 95% of us procrastinate to some degree. During a 60-minute mini webinar, an Olympic Athlete will guide you how to beat our workout procrastination and stay incentivised and committed while sticking to our workout plan until we reach our fitness goals. 

In this session, we will explore how to: 

  • “Just do it” like an Olympic athlete and indefinitely cure workout procrastination by following a simple but effective “5-minute rule” 
  • Find at least 30 minutes a day to exercise – even when our day is already packed with too many to-do things like household chores, work and taking care of kids 
  • Adopt anti-procrastination strategies to plan an effortless workout routine that motivates and keeps us consistent even when 4we lack energy & willpower
