Yin Yoga for Digestion and Gut’s Health

| FreeIn a 30-minute Yin Yoga class, we will practice a sequence of different yoga poses designed to help us with digestive issues. Flow-through a sequence of postures that will help you feel better if you are bloated, suffering from IBS, or simply indulged too heavily in lockdown.
In this session, we will:
- Practice yoga as a way of improving gut
- Ease the pain and discomfort from indigestion, bloating, or constipation
- Use breathing as a way of cleansing the organs in our lower abdomen
What you Need to Know Before you Join:
- You are welcome to participate with your cameras on/off
- You can join with a family member or a friend
