In a 45-minute Yin Yoga class, we will practice a sequence of different yoga poses designed to help us with digestive issues. Flow-through a sequence of postures that will help you feel better if you are bloated, suffering from IBS, or simply indulged too heavily in lockdown.

In this session, we will:

  • Practice yoga as a way of improving gut
  • Ease the pain and discomfort from indigestion, bloating, or constipation
  • Use breathing as a way of cleansing the organs in our lower abdomen
