A slow-paced yoga practise designed to calm our nervous system and help us to relax our body while we bring some flexibility into different muscle groups of our body. This class will give you Yoga’s foundation from a Yoga instructor making sure you are going to learn how to flow with ease. An ideal class for absolute beginners – open to all levels.

In this session, we will :

  • Do a workout that will strengthen our core muscles
  • Practice a sequence that will help us to sculp and elongate our muscles
  • Become better aware of how to practice diaphragmatic breathing
