Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based technique to relieve stress and anxiety. Via this practice we can reach one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still remaining fully conscious. This ancient technique from India, has been successfully used to assist US soldiers to recover from post-traumatic stress disorder (i-Rest methodology).

In this session, we will:

  • Learn how to alleviate stress and anxiety
  • Practice meditation as a way of improving self-esteem
  • Reduce tension in the area of the shoulders and our neck

What you Need to Know Before you Join:

  • You are welcome to participate with your cameras on/off
  • You can join with a family member or a friend
