| FreeIn this workshop, we will discuss how we can use nutrition and healthy beverages as a ‘superpower’ to better connect with our family, increase productivity and boost our energy levels.
In this 45-minute workshop, delegates can expect to:
- Learn about mindful eating and drinking habits that will help them especially in moments they struggle with overeating, oeverdrinking or emotional eating
- How to slow down, become aware of what is happening and focus on the sensations that occur while they eat
- Connect with others by using mindful eating and drinking techniques -they will be exploring mealtimes as an opportunity to ground themselves and reconnect with their family
What you Need to Know Before you Join:
- You are welcome to participate with your cameras on/off
- You can join with a family member or a friend
